Community Matchmaker Service
Have you been impacted in someway by Coronavirus/COVID-19? Are you struggling with the limitations ‘Lockdown’ has brought us? Maybe you are finding home schooling your children a challenge. Are you feeling low in mood, anxious about the future. Perhaps you are stuck for ideas on how to entertain your children at home. Many of us are finding these unique times challenging. If only you could have a good old natter with someone who could support you and keep you going and you them. Our Community Matchmaker Service offers just that . . . a chance to buddy up with another person who potentially has the same challenges. Our hope is that we can connect like-minded people with a similar circumstance, perhaps single mums, people who have caring responsibilities, maybe those who have lost their jobs, those who are widowed or perhaps individuals who live alone and who currently feel very isolated. Whatever the reason, it would be nice to just have a friendly ear, someone to chat to. If you feel you would benefit from being matched with another person, who may be feeling just like you, complete the contact form below and one of our friendly team will get in touch with you to register you onto the programme. Once we have matched you with your Community buddy we will make the introductions and then it’s over to you to stay in touch, as little or as much as you like, providing support for each other on a regular basis or as and when needed. Its good to talk, but its equally important to be listened to, the Community Matchmaker Service allows people to speak and to be heard. Sign up now, lets stay connected and help each other!
