The Service Success Programme is designed for individuals looking to begin a rewarding career within hospitality and customer service. Through accredited training, practical learning and employability support, participants will develop valuable workplace skills, confidence and recognised qualifications to help progress into customer-facing roles.

Service Success Programme

Whether you are looking to begin a new career, improve your employability skills or gain valuable workplace experience, this programme provides a supportive pathway into the vibrant hospitality and service industry.

This programme will be delivered over 6 weeks, running every Friday from 9:30am – 4:30pm.

Course Topics

Team Work & Communication
Build confidence and develop effective communication and teamwork skills essential for customer service environments.

Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene
Gain knowledge of food safety procedures and hygiene standards required within hospitality and catering settings.

Level 2 Occupational Health & Safety
Learn safe working practices and understand workplace health and safety responsibilities.

Welcome Host
Develop excellent customer service skills and learn how to create positive experiences for customers and visitors.

Get That Job
Receive support with CV writing, interview preparation and employability skills to help progress into employment opportunities.

Emergency First Aid
Gain practical first aid knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Level 2 Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace
Explore the importance of mental health awareness, wellbeing and supportive workplace practices.
