Looking to move more, feel better, and find a sense of calm? Our Body Balance class is the perfect place to start. Whether you’re new to exercise or returning after a break, this gentle yet effective session brings together elements of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates to help improve your strength, flexibility, and overall wellbeing.

Delivered by our friendly instructor from Inspiring Fitness, this free class is all about helping you feel better in both body and mind — in a warm, welcoming community setting.

What to Bring: Just yourself!
Mats provided, but feel free to bring your own if preferred. Wear comfy clothes you can move in.
